Group Game Ejyptians vs Dinosaurs

For a while, we were assighned to a group to work on a joint game, the group I worked with decided to base our game idea off of a joke and called it "Ejyptians vs Dinosours" witch is a game based off of a Pyramid builder trying to save their creation from the Dinosaurs the alians deployed to attack.

Our concept involved aliens who before the flood occoured, took the Dinosaurs and brainwashed them with techno music, later when the humans began to advance, the alians sent them down in an attempt to stop them, hence the titile

This game took insperation from multiple other games and ganres, mainly Jet Set Radio and the Hookshot consept from The Legend Of Zelda

We all took roles as group members and worked on each of our assighned topics, my group member Mari and I both worked on making sprites and GIF's for the game, we used the website known as Piskel in order to create these said sprites. We were able to get the Dinosaurs to look more realistic while also giving them giant-cartoony headphones and eyes, as I did origionally make them very cartoony looking from the start. I wanted to go for different concepts and looks but we had to stick to the guidelines of our game type and group leader. The game itself came out pretty well despite being unfinnished, although I do wish we were able to get the end result, I'm glad I was able to be involved in this project and gain experience with group members and see the game in action. I wish to continue a path like this with learning and gaining more experience.

I was glad to see our game come to life by our own hands, and others with their games as well. My experience with making a game and GIF's was not the best as I was not and stil not as exepienced as others with digital cases, but that is why I took this class and why I will continue to learn with this type of stuff.

This was a fun group project to do and to gain experience from, from here on I will continue to grow and get better, and I'm glad I was able to be surrounded by such talented people so I can have an ideal goal to reach and to reach above from to get to where I want to be in this present time and in the future.

Working on this I realize that I deffinitally need more skills, but I'm willing to learn everything I need to and to always do the best I can, this Group Game providing me with the oppertunity to get some experience was a great way of helping and was deffinitally a fun project to do all around.
